Deep Indigo Grid and Stripe Handloom Cotton
This unique fabric is handwoven with a grid at one end of the cloth and stripes at the other. The khadi (hand-spun) cotton is naturally dyed with indigo to a deep, intense blue and the checks/stripes, just one thread wide, are created with a warmly-hued yarn. Soft and fairly sheer, this will need to be lined for most garments.
The fabric has a solid blue border about 5 inches wide on each selvedge: use this around a hem, at the cuffs, or elsewhere on a garment. Make your selection from the grid design or the stripes; one lucky person might get a bit of both!
Lines measure just less than 1/2 inch apart.
