Shipping
Your credit card payment is secure via Shopify Payments, or you can pay with Paypal. We usually ship within two business days.
We're proud that nearly all of our packaging is made of recycled materials (even the plastics!). Please reuse or recycle them! If your order comes in a plastic mailing envelope or bubble mailer, please note that it has a second adhesive sealing strip, so you can reuse it.
US Shipping:
Within the US, most orders are sent via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly known as First Class Mail). If you prefer USPS Priority Mail, an upgrade is available for an additional fee.
All US orders of $150 or more ship for free! (Except during some sales, sorry.)

International Shipping:
International orders weighing up to 4 pounds are sent via USPS First Class International. Any taxes, tariffs, customs duties, etc., that may be incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. Parcels weighing more than 4 pounds will require additional postage. We will send you an invoice for that amount. If you would like an estimate, please contact us.
UK customers: you will have to pay VAT and additional customs clearance handling fees when your package arrives in your country. This may cause delays and unhappiness. For faster delivery shop our Etsy storefront, LoomAndStars on Etsy, so Etsy can collect the VAT at the time of purchase on orders less than £135/€150. Don't see something there that you see here? Let us know and we can create a custom listing for you.
EU customers: We regret that we can no longer ship to the EU and EEA due to new GPSR regulations and packaging laws. Compliance is simply too costly for small businesses such as ours. You might consider using a freight forwarding service to ship parcels from the US to your country.
Delivery may take 2 to 4 weeks or more (or longer for the Southern Hemisphere). If you would prefer to have your fabric shipped via Priority Mail International for faster delivery, please contact us.
