Shipping
Your credit card payment is secure via Shopify Payments, or you can pay with Paypal. We usually ship within two business days.
We're proud that nearly all of our packaging is made of recycled materials (even the plastics!). Please reuse or recycle them! If your order comes in a plastic mailing envelope or bubble mailer, please note that it has a second adhesive sealing strip, so you can reuse it.
US Shipping:
Within the US, most orders are sent via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly known as First Class Mail). If you prefer USPS Priority Mail, an upgrade is available for an additional fee.
All US orders of $150 or more ship for free! (Except during some sales, sorry.)

International Shipping:
International orders weighing up to 4 pounds are sent via USPS First Class International. Any taxes, tariffs, customs duties, etc., that may be incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. Parcels weighing more than 4 pounds will require additional postage. We will send you an invoice for that amount. If you would like an estimate, please contact us.
UK customers: We are unable to accept your order here due to new VAT policies. Please visit LoomAndStars on Etsy so Etsy can collect the VAT when you make your purchase.
EU customers: We regret that we can no longer ship to the EU and EEA. Please see our FAQ page for more details.
Delivery may take 2 to 4 weeks or more (or longer for the Southern Hemisphere). If you would prefer to have your fabric shipped via Priority Mail International for faster delivery, please contact us.
