Shipping policy

We usually ship within two business days.

Within the US, most orders are sent via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly known as First Class Mail). If you prefer USPS Priority Mail, an upgrade is available for an additional fee.

US Shipping:

up to $50: $6.50  (Priority Upgrade + $6)
$50-150: $10  (Priority Upgrade + $5)
over $150: Free!  (Priority Upgrade + $10)
Free shipping is not available during some sales, sorry.

 

International Shipping:

International orders weighing up to 4 pounds are sent via USPS First Class International. Any taxes, tariffs, customs duties, etc., that may be incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. Parcels weighing more than 4 pounds will require additional postage. We will send you an invoice for the difference. If you would like an estimate, please contact us.

UK customers: We are unable to accept your order here due to new VAT policies. Please visit LoomAndStars on Etsy, so Etsy can collect the VAT when you make your purchase.

EU customers: We regret that we can no longer ship to the EU and EEA. Please see our FAQ page for more details.
