Kite String Jamdani Cotton

Like the tails of a kite, stripes running across the width of the fabric hold tiny jamdani-weave triangles in blues and brown. The feather-weight cotton is unbelievably soft, filmy and translucent, similar to our Fine Bengal Muslin, with an amazing drape. Make a delicate blouse, the Waterfall Dress from Cris Wood Sews, or a simple wrap. Some garments will need to be lined or layered. Triangles are about 3/8 inch wide, and horizontal stripes are about 5 inches apart.
