This fab shot cotton with green and candy-pink yarns arrived while the cherry trees were in bloom. In motion, the fabric has a wonderful play of color; at rest it has a warm glow. Flecks of color from the textured yarns add character. With a very soft touch and drape similar to a heavy batiste, it's the perfect lighter weight for summer shirts and dresses.
Pair it with a pattern that has plenty of gathers, such as the Hayes Dress from Chalk and Notch, to bring out the movement of colors. Coordinates with our Coral Pink and Green Leaf handloom cottons. The colors are most accurate in the first photo. Some garments may need to be lined or layered.)
