Gossamer Handloom Cotton Silk

It shimmers like a butterfly's wing. This handwoven blend of silk and cotton is creamy off-white and quite transparent. The silk content lends it a gentle silken sheen and a soft fluttering drape. Make yourself a Fortuny-inspired gown, dye it for featherweight scarves, or use it for luxurious linings or underlayers. Some garments will need to be lined. Really beautiful. This is silkier and more translucent, and has a warmer color, than our Silken Muslin.
