This might be our favorite fabric ever! Thick-and-thin slub stripes run across fine white handwoven cotton, creating an incredibly lovely look and texture. It’s blouse weight and rather translucent, like voile, so some garments may need to be lined (try layering it over colors, too!).
Perfect for beautiful tops, dresses, heirloom sewing and bridal garments. A feast for the eyes and the touch! I’m going to use it for another of my favorite blouses, like this, but it would also make a fabulous Martha Overshirt from Style Arc.
Stripes run across the width of the fabric, about 5/8 inch apart.
